* The Grime Reaper Co is fully insured, and all employees sign non-disclosure agreements to ensure our clients privacy.
* As of January 2025, a service agreement form is to be signed by both parties before a service is provided and a cancellation policy will be implemented. Please review the policy below.
* Cleaning supplies are provided. If eco-friendly cleaning products are required, a $15.00 supply fee will be applied unless the client provides their own products.
* Please specify if you have a vacuum, mop and bucket available for our use. If not, we will provide it.
* To ensure our employees thoroughly complete all cleaning appointments and to allow for unscheduled occurrences, a 30-minute grace period applies to all appointments.
*Please make sure all children's toys and clutter is organized prior to the cleaners arrival.
*We do not clean bed linens nor do we clean dishes unless agreed upon with quote.
*We not clean up after any animals in the home.
*We do not empty trash unless it is full.
* It is preferred that clients are away from home while employees work, but its not a requirement. If a person or people are home during the cleaning process, we ask that they please inhabit areas that the cleaner isn’t currently working in, as much as possible.
*Please contact us as soon as possible if there are any issues with the cleaning as we would like to fix the issue quickly and efficiently.
* Quotes provided are an estimation of scope of work and final costs will reflect the entirety of the work that was completed. Final costs may differ from estimated costs.
* HST will be added to all services except pick up and drop off laundry services.
* We accept cash, email transfer and cheque. Please provide your email address to receive your receipt for payment.

Everyone’s time is valuable. We have adopted a cancellation policy in an effort to be fair and consider the challenges created by a last-minute cancellation.
The Grime Reaper Co will make every effort to ensure services are provided when promised. Should extenuating circumstances arise, we are committed to making sure our clients receive the services they expect at the earliest opportunity for both company and client.
In the event of circumstances outside of our control, such as weather events, unsafe road conditions or power outages, there will be no cancellation fee.
Fees for cancellations from the client:
* Within 48 hours before the scheduled appointment – no charge
* Within 24 hours before the scheduled appointment - $25.00 fee
* Same day cancellation - $50.00 fee
